Processing Time

• We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to the current high order volume and warehouse dispatch schedule, some orders may require additional processing time before shipment. Most orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within approximately 10-20 business days from the order date. For certain batch-arranged items or during peak processing periods, dispatch may take up to 15–25 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email and uploaded to your order record as soon as it becomes available. Please note that tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
