One Year Warranty

BeloveGrace fully stands behind the products we sell. All products purchased from belovegrace.com are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day the original order was received.

• Customer will be responsible for back-and-forth shipping fees.
• Customer must contact a BeloveGrace representative for the return shipping address when sending back items.
• Items must be safely packed before sending them back. BeloveGrace will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Returned packages must use a shipping method that includes tracking. Packages without tracking cannot be processed.
• BeloveGrace reserves the right to void the warranty on items showing signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear.
